Wright Park - A Gift to the People of Tacoma

The Tacoma Land Company under the leadership of its president, Charles B. Wright, donated approximately 20 acres of land to the City of Tacoma for the sole purpose of being developed into a public park.  Wright Park was dedicated in 1886.

Centre at Norpoint Climbing Wall

The climbing wall was a charitable memorable gift given through the Greater Metro Parks Foundation by a private donor in memory of her son.  Read more about this.
