We believe deeply in encouraging community vitality, economic development, and the incredible people of our region.  We achieve our vision together by inviting everyone to take ownership of our public spaces in a way that makes our community as safe, vibrant, and healthy as possible.  The Greater Metro Parks Foundation supports many essential initiatives within Metro Parks - including:

• Youth Sports
• Arts & Culture
• Scholarships
• Special Events
• Parks Community Services and Conservation
• The Zina Linnik Project at Wright and McCarver Parks

Today we stand stronger, healthier, and safer than ever - but most importantly, we stand together. The Greater Metro Parks Foundation is committed to leaving a legacy for this and future generations.

A garden party evening of sensory delights:  wine, chocolate, cheese, music and roses extraordinaire!  Guests will have an opportunity to taste wine as well as beers from a local boutique brewery while sampling appetizers from some of Tacoma's choice restaurants and caterers. Come learn about wines, beers and roses while supporting Tacoma's parks through Greater Metro Parks Foundation.
